Before you start your Remote Support Session...
You must have a high-speed connection to the internet in order for the session to work. It is securely encrypted so no outsider can get into either computers during the session. The software that is used to make the connection is 100% spyware and adware free! After you click the DOWNLOAD S.W.A.T.T. FORCE REMOTE SUPPORT HERE link, you must select "Run". The program will start downloading to your computer. Another pop-up may appear and you will select "Run" again. Depending on what firewalls you have, you may need to "allow connection" if another window should appear. All of these pop-ups are normal and will not put your computer at any risk during the Remote Support Session. After you input your name and address we will be able to connect to your computer and resolve whatever issues are at hand.
